The Cinereous or the Eurasian Black Vulture is a one big bad bird. It is the largest member of the accipitrid family that includes all hawks, eagles and most vultures. 33 pounds and 10 feet across in the biggest ones they dominate other scavengers including eagles.

it's obviously a vulture. The other picture it was a golden eagle I believe, but it seemed small. perhaps once that had not fully matured yet. I pretty much guarantee the one in the previous pic (mongolian eagle) could easily take this bird. One being a bird of prey the other being a scavanger it isn't really a fair fight tbh.
