2016年2月5日 · If you have not successfully installed windows 10 on a surface pro 2 do not respond. I did the "2 button restart", that's what I meant by a "forced" restart. Now it will not boot, the SURFACE logo does not appear.

2014年4月7日 · So at work I have my Surface Pro 3 attached to a 24" 1080x1920 monitor. When connected the default setting is 150% scaling on my surface (looks fine) and 100% scaling on the external monitor. However, the external monitor settings really don't work.

2020年1月19日 · Following the instructions on the page below, by running the command netsh wlan show drivers, WPA3-Personal is not currently supported on the Go, and presumably most other Surface devices as well. Hopefully Microsoft/Qualcomm/Marvell can release updated driver to enable WPA3-Personal/PSK/SAE support.

2013年11月8日 · 3. Not using volume up button anymore just power button. Hold power button down till you see "Surface" on the screen. I got the unusual looking "Surface" with line 2 or 3 more times till I finally got the normal looking one and the computer booted up and finished installing updates. It appears to be working normally, at least for now.

2023年2月16日 · Use a USB recovery drive to reset your Surface: Shutdown the Surface. Insert the USB recovery drive into the USB port. Press and hold the volume-down (-) rocker. Press and release the power button. When the Surface logo appears, release the volume-down (-) rocker. Surface will start the recovery software on the USB recovery drive

2016年1月1日 · I am very confused here. I go on the website and search for graphic drivers for my surface pro 2. It comes up with a driver for the 4th gen 4400 graphic card: Driver Version: 15.40.10.64.4300 DATE: October 16, 2015. When I go to my actual driver on the my system, it is model number 10.18.15.4256 with the date of 7/17/2015.
