I had a borderline b12 deficiency and so did mb12 injections daily, for about a year. I had problems tolerating them at first, but gradually built up the dose.

2014年4月7日 · B12 tests are a poor indicator of B12 levels in the body because they measure both the active transcobalamin form of B12 and the inactive haptocorrin form of B12, which is the used up, spent form. If you have a high haptocorrin level, you could have a high B12 level and still be low in transcobalamin. There really aren't any good tests for B12.

2012年8月8日 · Hi, Cazzzzzy. High serum B12 can be caused by a functional B12 deficiency. In that condition, there is enough B12 in the body, but the cells are not able to use it properly, so they export it back to the blood, and it builds up there, bound to haptocorrin.
