Like lay pulldown don’t let your arms all the way up so tension comes off the lat I always feel my tricep a bit when doing lat pulldown that’s because I don’t fully exten my arm and keep tension. IMO, focus on building strength, if you get enough rest, the next time you perform a particular exercise e.g. lat pull downs, you should be able to add more weight than before or complete more reps than last time. Muscle takes a little while, I can relate, it is frustrating lol.
