2010年6月5日 · From an explanation/teaching standpoint, the last Norma reloading manual was the best ever produced, IMHO. It even has color photos that demonstrate each step of the manufacturing process for bullets, powder, etc.

2011年8月1日 · I happened onto a half a box of Norma .38 Spl +P 110 Gr Hollow points that absolutely kick butt. The box says "110 Grain, 6.2 gram". I found in the Speer #10 manual that combination of bullet weight and load using Unique powder at 6.2 grains.

2025年1月15日 · Norma is one of the premier manufacturers of ammo going back a century. When I first started in milsurps, Norma was the brand of choice. How Fiocchi ended up on Norma's web side is unknown to me. A cursory check did not reveal a connection. My standard primers going back 50 years has been CCI.

Back in the 60s Robert W Peterson killed a record Polar Bear with a nickel Smith&Wesson Model 29 44 Magnum revolver using Norma 44 Magnum ammo. Bob owed Peterson Publishing. 2021年11月2日 · Local place had Norma 9MM 124 gr FMJ in stock cheap recently so I bought a few boxes, trusting the Norma name. Out of several boxes this was the only issue. Relative had it in a Beretta 92 series. He pulled the trigger and nothing happened. After a wait he pulled it again but no fire. I dissected the dud today. Had powder charge and a flash hole.
