Maps can be found from containers and corpses of enemies (especially the ones with crowns symbols I find) Loot for the most part isn't very amazing - same loot as your standard event - some plans, some armor, weapons, ammo.

Why, animals deer,rabbits and lizards Spawn there and i had built(and still have) 4 drying racks Full of meat. To store ALL the food that kept spawning you NEED at least 10 drying racks.
