2022年5月22日 · same thing happened to me, I just received a notification today to verify my account but the phone number I've originally entered is no longer available and can no longer be accessed. I haven't entered a recovery email yet in that account so only the old phone number can receive the verification code thus locking my access to my account.

Recently this last week I was signed out most likely from clearing out cache and autofill data etc which i always leave on for my emails but was most likely busy with something else.
