If Number One System provides technical information about the format which is used in the Easy-PC library, TI and other companies will support Easy-PC. All companies want to sell their products to all users (to Number One customers as well). So it is Number One's fault.

2024年11月27日 · There's still an issue. Windows doesn't let you choose which icon from the program is assigned - it just uses the first one it finds. Unfortunately, Windows 11 has no tool for choosing an icon for file types, unlike some earlier releases, so you need to use a third party icon manager to restore the icon variants.

2013年8月25日 · I think Cadsoft will catch up with more futures and soon Eagle will be even better than Pulsonik at low cost. I wonder if Number One Systems will continue with production. I will buy the Easy-PC update V17 this time. But if Number One Systems doesn't include differential lines and meander features in Easy-PC 18 I will definitively replace Easy-PC.

Number One Systems claims that DesignSpark PCB is a stript down version of EASY-PC, but it is not entirely true as DesignSpark PCB comes with IDF export and all main features. Number one Systems will never use advanced technology in Easy-PC.

The older one is a piecewise approximation to the curve using straight lines - in the same way that old pen plotters using HPGL worked. The disadvantages of rounding errors here are obvious - the curves are anything but smooth! The second one is where information is included to allow the curve to be drawn, centre, end points, etc.
