2022年10月11日 · Yes. 24 frames per second can't fit evenly in a 60Hz screen, but it will in a 120Hz screen. If you are watching a 24 fps movie on a 120Hz screen it will show 1 frame 5 times. If you are watching a 24fps movie on a 60Hz screen it can't show a frame an even amount of times, so it has to blend the frames somehow.

OLED TVs are known to have a very pronounced stuttering. As a matter fact TVs with 60Hz and VA panels are known to have lower stuttering than most of the 120Hz TVs.

2023年8月13日 · I have both and it’s definitely noticeable but not as noticeable as on the iPhone or 144hz gaming monitor Vs 60hz. I definitely prefer the 120hz on the pro though. Besides that the mini LED is very vibrant when looking at HDR content. Other features that made me spend more money on the pro is the speakers and webcam.

2022年8月1日 · U honestly won’t notice a difference or notice it’s there unless you’ve used it. Going from 60hz to 120hz is minimal but going from 120 back to 60 is definitely noticeable, but it’s a feature you can absolutely live without.

Sonys 60hz ones are better than other 60hz because they do 240 processes per second to make sure colors, motion, upscaling, etc, all match the picture as best as possible. The 120hz ones do it 960 times a second, and with the other XR features, that's what makes sonys processing so crazy. Other brands 120hz will show something like a 240 motion ...

It's possible you simply won't be able to get there depending on the game and the computer hardware. There is a huge difference in smoothness jumping from 60hz to 120hz but the benefit is nonlinear. 60-80 omg my eyes have never known such luxury. 80-100 yeah, I can tell. 100-120 I suppose I can see it's smoother.

60hz stuttering is noticeable, i had compared it with iPhone's 60hz display which runs smoothly and animations are awesome. Yeah. I also see that our 60hz are stuttering. My guess is that animations on samsung was designed to run on 120hz. While that of ios is for 60hz knowing that their base iphone and older gen only run at 60hz.

Like screen tearing is reduced a bit for MW in the 120Hz mode, but the framerate can suffer.

2022年8月8日 · With Samsung's 120hz implementation its adaptive from 1hz -120hz, but with Standard 60hz its "locked" to 60hz and not "variable" from 1-60hz. So whats the point anymore? It basically works out the same or actually worse for 60hz.
