AKB48's Team 8 (チーム8) is a special Team that was announced during AKB48 Request Hour Setlist Best 200 2014. Their team color is Dark Blue. The concept of Team 8 is "Idols who go meet you" and were sponsored by Toyota before March 2021. They are often considered an unofficial sister group.

AKB48 Team 8 is the final team of AKB48 based in Akihabara, Tokyo. The group currently consists of thirty nine members. They are under Kings Records Sub-label You! Be Cool.
