2021年3月10日 · For the automatics in the 2004 through 2006 models stay away from those. 2007 - 2008 Have the RL transmission which is a very good transmission and as long as it was maintained properly it will last a long time. The ones with the manual tranny those are the type S TL's. Wish I bought one of those over my 2007 base TL.

The TL's - 258 HP VS the Accord's 244. They are basically the same engine - the TL has slightly larger diameter pistons (larger displacement) - thats why it is a 3.2L VS the Accord's 3.0L. It is true that this is not much of a difference in power, but you have to consider that these are the new SAE power ratings.

2022年9月5日 · Type S was 07-08 exclusive and was fully loaded with all features such as navigation, brembo brakes, limited slip diff, 3.5L V6 with an extra 30ish horsepower, quad exhaust tips, red ambient lighting interior (instead of blue), 17" waffle wheels, and had exclusive Kinetic Blue Pearl paint option.

2022年8月19日 · Pretty much the only issue these cars have is that the 3.7 burns oil. Acura did a warranty extension on them a few years ago. Everyone I’ve seen on here that has one has been very satisfied with their cars. I know I am. I picked it over several other cars, including the 3rd gen TL Type S, 1st gen TLX, and IS350.

The TSX, being a slightly older car (and lower MSRP-wise), is also less refined than the TL. 2020年4月14日 · Are 2019 and 2020 TLX V6 models susceptible to transmission issues? I seem to read about the 9-speed ZF transmission having a lot of issues in the 2015 V6 TLX models. From what I read now it seems like the problems have been at least somewhat fixed, but people still seem to complain about it not being the smoothest.
