2025年1月1日 · If the spoke is twisted and only the end near the nipple is at 90*, then use a spoke wrench plus a bladed spoke tool/adjustable wrench to turn the nipple and the spoke at the same time. If the entire spoke is 90* off, you will likely have better luck taking tension off of the spoke, then attempting to rotate it.

2018年1月4日 · With Adjustable height stem on both my swift and Dahon it is not an issue changing hand height on a ride especially when fighting a nasty headwind. I would stick with Mountain bike gear. Most Road bike brake levers don't work with V-brakes. Gearing is an issue if you cannot get by with a single up front and an 11/34 in back.

Do you think that would make any difference or should I still go to what seems to be recommended there? Or am I misunderstanding and you mean this setting is for the preload bolt, maybe after tightening the side bolts as per Maddog’s comment above?
