2012年1月31日 · I'm using a remote desktop app (Splashtop HD) on my iPad to monitor my MacBook Pro, which is the computer running Apple Remote Desktop to monitor my students' MacBook screens. Obviously this is not ideal, since it's laggy and requires connecting to the computer connecting to the computers. Just saying it sounds ridiculous.

With my Macbook Pro and the iPad, I can easily remote into the host PC by specifying the PC's name or its IP address.

2021年7月12日 · Tbh I kinda think my iPad Pro 12.9" is already a bit too big and bulky so I bought a 9th gen iPad that I am still waiting on atm, w/ a brydge keyboard already. It ought to be the perfect 10.2" size for portability and getting work done with minimal fuss. I already know Jump desktop is amazing, so I am looking forward to using it with that.

I've deleted and reinstalled the app from the App Store. I've deleted all the preferences I can find, including in Containers.

2022年7月12日 · 2. Create a shortcut on your iPad that launches the Mac shortcut via SSH. Then sidecar will turn on. Would be a good idea to set it ahead of ti e to mirror your Mac display. If you have a magic keyboard for your iPad you could also just enable universal control, but you’d need to see the Mac screen for this to work.
