2008年4月25日 · BBQ Bands! I get them at Williams-Sonoma. They're basically like big rubber bands. All different sizes. They're designed for oven and BBQ and can go up to 500 degrees. They're much better then butchers twine I feel and they're washable and reusable! I love mine!!

For many, many years, SC had hash houses all over the state which only sold their own hash and rice, but now they are gone due to DHEC regulations and hash & rice is only served in BBQ joints.

2024年9月10日 · I learned watching Wilbur Hardee years ago that you can take any store-brand generic BBQ sauce and cut it with cider vinegar and some generic store-brand hot sauce and people will rave about it. When I want an easy button BBQ sauce (I usually make all of my own, sugar free), I cut SBR's with ACV and Texas Pete. Eyeball it.

2012年7月26日 · ive done some whole pig roast for family and friends but ive been thinking of doing partys as side job. what is the serve safe internal temp i should cook the pig to? i know the usda has said pork can be 145 now but i always thought u need to cook to 180. i have done the ones for my partys at 165.

2024年10月9日 · They also make the best sugar-free BBQ sauce I have found. For me it completely blows away G Hughes, Kinders, and some other random ones I've tried. So much so that when I bring it to family BBQ events people pick it up and use it without checking and never know it's sugar free and thoroughly enjoy it like any Head Country sauce :D
