Though it is mentioned there is a new Arkham Asylum in Batman Beyond Splicers episode. In the Return of the Joker movie, it's mentioned that the asylum had moved out of the original building. We see the new location in Justice League vs The Fatal Five. Pretty sure it was abandoned and eventually demolished.
