2022年7月6日 · OMG, I cannot believe what happened to Edge during this last update. The vertical tabs are awful. Luckily, I was able to stumble across how to turn them off. The themes are not clear and it is very difficult to read the text as a good portion of the text gets washed out. Please offer the old Edge theme. This is just unbearable.

I’ve tested the scenario you described and was able to reproduce the issue where the theme does not switch as expected when moving from a work profile in light mode to a personal profile in dark mode.
