Looking for instructions to make a cheap, light weight, AND relaively small kayak anchor suitable to hold a boat in 3’ of water, sandy bottom, and about 15 mph wind. I know there are inventive people out there that have the perfect plan, please share.

I wanted to be able to break the anchor off and not have to cut my anchor line at the boat end. I suggest a brick with the holes in it. Rig a halter from low-strength twine. Connect anchor line to the halter.
