I also read that performance is shown by rpm and torque (g•cm) and saw the Scaleauto Long-Can Outlaw Motor 35,000rpm looked very promising.

2024年1月9日 · If you remove the slot in slot cars, you won't call it slot cars anymore. If you add slots into rc cars, then they'll be called slot cars and their controllers with steering will be redundant. These are 2 very different systems, alongside the age-old Tamiya mini 4WD cars that run on batteries and within a trough-like track.

2015年12月12日 · Don't forget you can run the Carrera cars on Scalextric track, and they work perfectly if you remove the self centering Spring from the Carrera guide. 2008年12月8日 · I started slot racing with a couple of carrera go tracks, I first installed one power supply on each lane, after that, installed a switch to decrease voltage, and add brake after market controllers (60ohm). Finally, I tried to tune carrera go cars (adding 1/32 slide guide) but I never achieved to make it run decently.

2025年1月19日 · Hi, i recently purchased set 30040 from carrera (digital 132 with 9.7 m track , 2 cars, wireless controllers). It works all fine but i notice a big difference between both cars in stickyness to the road at higher speed. One car is pretty sticky to the road but the other simular car is far less sticky and derailed pretty fast in sharp corners.

It's also not likely that you will find many people racing 1/43 in your area. On the other hand, the cars are physically larger than the HO cars. That means that they are easier to work on than HO scale cars, but since there are fewer aftermarket parts for 1/43 scale, there are not a lot of easy upgrades. HO is a great scale.

2007年5月22日 · The standard sidewinder gear spacing for Carrera, Slot.it, Fly, and Scalextric is 19 mm. That means if you use Slot.it spur gears, select one of the SIGS01/02/03 gears (34/35/36 teeth) and the 6.5 mm sidewinder pinions, SIPS10/11/12/13. The Slot.it site and catalog show the compatibility of the various gears and motor pods.

2021年9月2日 · Slot racing is not big in my area and none of my friends are interested so ghost cars would be an important feature for me. I live in the USA so not sure how that affects availability of track, cars and accessories. My original thought was Scalextric ARC, but I read where many prefer Carrera so would love to get thoughts and options. Thanks Brian
