There are several ways that you can determine the availability of an item at your local warehouse: Visit the membership counter at your local Costco in person. Call your local warehouse and choose the phone menu option for Membership.

For the hours of our warehouse services, such as gas station, pharmacy, optical department, etc., find your desired warehouse location and select the Store Details section. Any service with only a phone number has the same hours as the warehouse.

Select the location under “My Warehouse” in the upper left corner of Costco.com. Choose the desired warehouse by selecting “Set as My Warehouse” If the warehouse inventory availability feature is active for the selected item at your chosen warehouse, you’ll see this information below the price on the right hand side of the product ...

Please keep in mind that the items available online are unique to Costco.com and may not be carried in your neighborhood Costco warehouse. Some products on Costco.com can be shipped to your local Costco warehouse. If an item is eligible for Warehouse Pick Up, it will be indicated on the product page beneath the “Add to Cart” button. However, most items must be shipped to a home or business.

With few exceptions, Costco has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Simply bring the product to any Costco warehouse and our Member Services Team will be happy to assist you*. It helps if you have the receipt or original product packaging, but it may not be necessary to process your return.
