Cut the filets into approximately 1" x1"x 4" sticks. Mix up 2/3 panko to 1/3 finely grated parmesan. Salt and pepper filet sticks. Prepare egg wash by beating an egg (or 2 if frying lots).

2005年6月16日 · I was hoping we could exchange some Halibut recipes. My favorite Halibut recipe is Parmassan Halibut. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees. Lay tin foil in the bottom of a glass pan. Spread butter all over the tin foil. Lay your halibut fillet in the pan. Preferably less than 2" thick or it will take longer to cook.

2011年4月26日 · Not much interest in rockfish, unless offshore yellow tail which is by far the best around or a sea trout here and there. They do make good taco's those blacks and blues. But just MHO but there is a big taste difference between rockies and lings. My ranking is Halibut, Cabbie, Offshore Yellow Tail, Ling, then the rest....but most go back swimming

2023年12月29日 · Echoing what Bruce said. I do have a PCH, but it's just for LR use. The PCH is a larger diameter blank with heavier components, so it's a little bulkier and heavier. I have several Proteus from 70H-70XXH that I use for deep Lings, Halibut, tuna troll, etc up here. I wouldn't hesitate to use them on a LR trip either.
