The gear I wanted to control with an external IR receiver: Denon AVR-X6200, Oppo BDP-103, and Oppo UDP-203. The Denon 6200 and Oppo 103 each have an IR remote input jack on their rear panels allowing for a direct cable connection.

2023年12月11日 · Update regarding video drops. The Denon AVR-X8500HA was replaced by Denon. Old unit had an issue with the HDMI board. New unit hooked up and was getting the same video drops. Turned off ARC and had the same issue. Reached out to Sony to open case the the A9G. The issue started when the TV was updated to the latest Android 10 version.
