Optiflux Dialyzer - HD For Patients - Home Dialysis Central
2005年3月24日 · For those of you using the Fresenius, what dialyzer are you using. I have recently discovered that Fresenius has an Optiflux dialyzer that is apparently much better than the older F70. I have asked about switching as many centers have totally discontinued using the F70’s (ironically even the incenter part of my unit), but am having trouble getting an answer …

2024年3月4日 · If you truly are 6 kg over your target weight (and your doctor or home dialysis nurse can probably help you determine that), it’s best to remove no more than 10 ml of fluid per kg of body weight per hour to avoid stunning your vital organs (heart, brain, kidneys, etc.).
Minimum UF rate - Page 2 - HD For Patients - Home Dialysis Central
2005年7月12日 · The minimum UF rate of 300 ml/hr is something that came about when the dialysis industry converted from “conventional” dialyzers to" high flux" dialyzer in the late 80’ to early 90’s. Streaked dialyzer - Discussions for Patients, Family, and Friends ...
2021年9月8日 · My dad’s treatments always end with a clear dialyzer. Not even the slightest hint of reddish-pink left in the dialyzer upon completion. Last night, after the full 277 units of fluid returned his blood and ended, there was blood in the pressure pod and places throughout the tubing but most concerning is that the dialyzer was not only streaked and tinted pink, the pig …
Blood leak from dialyser - HD For Patients - Home Dialysis Central
2009年10月30日 · The only serious bleeding I’ve ever heard of with NHHD in Australia was a dialyzer-tubing leak–not an access leak. A blood leak at the dialyzer won’t trigger a pressure alarm, as you’ve seen. That’s why we do recommend a bedwetting alarm under the dialyzer for folks who dialyze at night. What’s the purpose of the bucket, exactly?

Minimum UF rate - HD For Patients - Home Dialysis Central
2005年7月7日 · As it was explained to me, while the dialysis machine itself can handle low UF rates, the high-flux dialyzer can’t. A Fresenius Hemoflow dialyzer requires a minimum UF rate of 300ml/hour. If you can’t drink enough, you have to infuse enough saline just after starting treatment in order to reach a UF rate of 300ml/hr.
