2013年6月7日 · The only Issues with alternator is, Automaton RA´s normal hits starts @ 150 damage with 30sh skills, now @270 skills, on gusgen worms, are hitting for 400sh, and Armor Piercer hitting for 2k+ (till decide to get tp to stop ws -_-)

2022年11月2日 · The Automaton can do 8-12k Shatterers at a relatively decent rate along with white damage, which is likely to be a small DPS gain over the DA/TA you lose from wearing Pet: Haste gear. I think at full standard DD buffs a VE/SS is somewhere around 5-7% of the master's total damage, from what I recall.

2024年2月16日 · Upon equipping a Kara earring +1 (so automaton level +1): HP was 1892, MP 2032, and base stats were all +28. Combat stats didn't change. So, I gained 0hp, 217mp, and 28 base stats across the board. Upon equipping the Mpaca's boots (so +2 automaton level total): HP was 1898, MP 2036, and base stats were all +30.

2024年11月14日 · The Automaton will eat a Fire Maneuver every time it weaponskills with Flame Holder. Coiler II is interchangeable with Armor plate IV, or Attuner. Where this would be useful: This relies on skillchain damage, best for anything the master can melee alongside the Automaton, or Automaton self-skillchain. (Most endgame content).

2022年5月15日 · Tested Sroda Earring can confirm it does not increase Automaton ranged attacks. It does boost Automaton melee attacks by about 5% and chimera ripper by about 2%. I think its not worth the gil currently with mastery levels pet has really fallen behind in damage compared to master outside of overdrive.

2023年11月23日 · Using SS/SS automaton, OD and heady artifice fire,wind,light. KoH for dia right away and get the hell out of there. Brygid for DT/DEF, Sakura because why not when out of range. Running in quickly after automaton engages to get dia on it using a master DT set and then once out of range swapping to SS OD set until fetters pop.
