When I go to CONTROL PANEL -> PHONE & MODEM then EDIT My Location I put a 1 in the box next to "To access an outside line for long distance calls dial". However, when I go to Windows Fax and Scan it doesn't dial a 1 for long distance calls therefore my faxes are failing.
