Cut your porch post to your desired height. Because of the steel pipe in the center of the post, we recommend using a multi-cutter saw; Slide the trim collars over the top and bottom of the porch post; Fit the porch post and pencil in top and bottom; Drill 1/4″ holes for plastic anchors; Fasten three clips to the top and bottom of the porch post.
