Goku Black's squishy in every form and while his damage output is high it goes way down if he's always in danger of being melee comboed. So the best strat I've seen is get the majority of the team to 2/3 then everyone roles up as 7 on him after he's wasted his area destruction for that level and beat the stuffing out of him.
