2009年3月11日 · My 8 year old daughter has tons of these "holes" on the bottom of both feet, she had them when she was 3. My friend and I joked that aliens did test on her. But she still has them>her feet itch allot. But no pain. We used athletes foot cream tonight because they were "tickling her tonight". Going to bring her to a doctor.

2015年8月9日 · Forgot to add, since finding the hole I have cleaned my feet throughly(in the shower etc) make sure that in between the toes is dry and put some tea tree oil on the hole and then put some cotton wool in between my toes to soak up any excess moisture.

However, I am not a runner so cannot really comment on how the surgery would impact on speed, but a good quality trainer should make it possible to still get up a good speed.

2009年10月30日 · Took pain meds. The third day, was unbelievably better. This was the last day for pain meds, although I continued taking ibuprofen for inflammation. Kept my feet elevated every minute for three days. Took bandages off, per doctor's instruction, on the third day after surgery (day 4). Feet looked pretty good considering all things.

2013年7月16日 · The shoes have rubbed the back of my heels raw, there are now massive wounds on the back of my feet and i cant wear socks or shoes without bending the back. So far i have washed them with disinfectant, applied cream and bandaged them but they are showing no signs of healing.
