Arshad works for Microsoft, he is supposed to know that Word has a Calendar template as one of its templates!! However, the Word template is useless: it's just a table: you need to type everything yourself. On the other hand, Excel offers a Calendar template.

2022年10月6日 · Thanks for the reply Jay, I confirmed this is a Macro, not an add-in causing this. Add-ins are identical in Word 2019 on both PCs. Here's a screenshot of what the Macro looks like when opening a blank calendar template from Word, this is the same Macro I see on the user's PC in Word where these calendar documents were originally created:

into my Word document and have the information I enter into that be added to a chosen calendars entry in Outlook and the same information added into my word document as a summary of the appointment, perhaps in a small pane or box. (Better still if it wasn't limited to my default calendar)

However when I went in to New Templates and opened the same design up to set up one for this year (using the Create button) it automatically defaulted to 2022, and I cannot see any way to amend this to the current year.
