Ya typically if the jaw clicks it means that the disc on the inside has displaced. It will be a big issue and creates chance of locked jaw is left untreated. It depends on what’s causing the clicking. A lot of times is malocclusion that changes the position of the bite and that could be coming from imbalance of the crianofascia system.

2021年7月22日 · I get some popping and clicking with overuse (cracking sunflower seeds, too much popcorn, chewing hard candy). Recently it got pretty bad. My dentist gave me a mouth guard that I wear at night and I did some basic exercises from bob and Brad (they’ve got a couple good YouTube vids) for a couple months.
How can you relieve jaw popping/clicking without having to see
The jaw area is very delicate and there's only so much they can do in there, and there's only a limited number of times they can go surgically go in. Eventually my locking problems did go away (some popping/clicking remains from time to time), but I'm not 100% sure what did the trick. It was probably a combination of things.

As the title says! For the past several months, my jaw has been making a clicking/popping sound every time I open my mouth. I mean every time, 100% of the time, no exaggerating. I’m in 0 pain, which is why I haven’t been treated for it yet. It’s more annoying than anything else.

In my case it was the other way around. My right jaw was clicking/pop before I start invisalign- but there was no pain. Now i’m on Tray 7.. it still click/pop and also painful. I’m not sure if the jaw is locked occasionally. The pain level differs across different trays. My pain came more from my jaw rather then the teeth movement/soreness.
