Kappo Sui Restaurant, in Santa Ana, is a local favorite for fresh sushi and other Japanese specialties in its friendly and relaxing eatery. The pickled Chinese nappa cabbage and the raw tuna topped with grated mountain potato chips make excellent meal starters.
