2020年6月13日 · Dragon is when Kaneki’s rc cell count grew incredibly large from eating all the test children who had Rize’s kagune. The huge rc cell growth and intake caused what was essentially a massive Kakuja to spawn which was Dragon and Kaneki was trapped inside of it.

Creating Life: One of the abilities of his Dragon form. Once he awakens from his slumber, he begins spawning Dragon Orphans, kagune-like humanoids that proceed to devour anything in sight. Dragon also has egg shaped pods on it with unfinished Kaneki clones inside them.
