2018年6月27日 · hello. thank you for your responses. the issue was resolved. looked like somehow the users had duplicate mailboxes both on prem and in the cloud that was not syncing. the users account was deleted from the o365 tenant and recreated. there was some data lost, BUT i seemed to fix the issue.
