I have a problem with my outlook.com account. I used the new Virtual Agent in support.microsoft.com to try to chat to a real person. I started at position 67 in the queue, and this slowly ticked down. After about 3 hours I was position 1. I waited expectantly, wondering if all the agents were stuck on really complex queries.

After an hour the agent said he had to get someone in the internal team to sort it and promised a call back. No one has called, the call ref is [mod removed] if anyone is able to look at this.
