Martin Luther King Jr. (born Michael King Jr.; January 15, 1929 – April 4, 1968) was an American Baptist minister, activist, and political philosopher who was one of the most prominent leaders in the civil rights movement from 1955 until his assassination in 1968.

“Speak up, speak out, get in the way. Get in good trouble, necessary trouble, and help redeem the soul of America.” Spoken by the late Congressman John Lewis who marched along side of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. during the Civil Rights movement and has inspired people to “get in good trouble” and continue the fight for justice.
