2024年12月3日 · hi, after so many tries , I just unplugged all cables connected to tv, tried the update with wireless wifi and it worked. it looks to me that my WIFI was not letting to do the upgrade of OS for the tv, when the HDM cable was connected to the tv. hope this helps !

2023年11月9日 · @Shae5714 . I think I would consider Factory Resetting the RokuTV, creating a new Roku account (use different email address than your other Roku account), and use the mobile hotspot to go through the setup and activation of the new account.

2024年6月5日 · Is there something I’m doing wrong? I genuinely can’t tell. I’ve tried taking out the batteries unplugging the TV and trying to pair the remote without a pairing button. I can’t get past the language screen and my TV isn’t connected to the Internet because I just bought it. There’s no way I could use my phone as my remote either.
