Stamps considered to be New Condition must be free of any dirt, debris, faults, folds or bends anywhere on the stamps or their adhesive backing and borders; otherwise they will be deemed as Usable Condition.
2023 face value of a Forever stamp is $0.66 per stamp. Our rates changed March 2023, we no longer offer 70% face value for new condition stamps. We now offer 50% face value for both new and usable condition stamps. CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE : 50% FACE VALUE *Rates subject to change without notice.
USABLE CONDITION: ALL Forever stamps in partial books and rolls, or single stamps. Any books with minor bends, folds, or soiled appearance. $0.30 per stamp, $6 per book. NEW CONDITION: ALL Forever stamps in brand new post offi ce fresh complete, unfolded, unbent, unsoiled and undamaged condition. $8.40 per book, $42 per roll.
