The line is available at all times, but it uses an automated voicemail system, which means it might take a little bit for them to get to you and call you back. This line is normally used for very specific or confusing questions.

When looking on the internet, I barely see anything positive about costumer support, how come roblox still has really bad costumer support? (i hope my post doesnt break rule 5, if it does, sorry mods!)

2021年1月20日 · Simple - Roblox customer support is automated. It detects a topic (for example: age) and then it sends you their template with a random name (kevin, bob etc). The only way you could potentially fix this is by talking to a real roblox employee or roblox "executive support" through discord or face-to-face.

Anyway I reached out to roblox, many people are unhappy with Xsolla and with the amount of complaints roblox are getting about your crappy management hopefully they’ll choose another site to manage their payments.

2024年5月27日 · I waited for a week and nothing. Contacted support and they told me how pendings and transactions work. Honestly i think roblox needs to step up their support page honestly. A platform can't "reimagine how people come together" when Shannon from tech support just spouts out TOS instead of actually acknowledging the problem.
