Read the experiment logs. SCP-093 can use mirrors as portals into an alternate dimension, and that is where those beings come from. IMO 093 is one of the best SCPs out there because of the experiment logs.

SCP-093 Red Sea Object. I decided to take some more time on this project to ensure that we will have high quality SCP story game. I've also got some great voice actors to help me with it so it will be fully dubbed :) (animations are still in production)

2020年3月3日 · Once collection of other SCP-093 objects has been completed then consider sending previously mentioned dangerous SCPs through a mirror into this seemingly dead world that SCP-093 leads to, and then simply dropping them off to exist in this wasteland.
