2019年7月16日 · Go to Settings > Network & Internet > WIfi > Manage Known Networks, highlight and remove the network having problems, restart PC to see if it shows up again. Try plugging in by ethernet cable to the router to compare, then plug the ethernet cable into the modem (if separate) to see if this might be an issue with the router.

I want to be the administrator of the accounts on this computer (I'm coming from a Mac so not sure if this means the same thing). I did a shift-restart hoping to reset Windows 10.
