Sisterlocks takes complaints very seriously. Our interventions focus first on re-education and professional development, although punitive action may also be appropriate. Filing a complaint with the Sisterlocks Company, attaches a notice to the Consultant/Trainee's dossier, and will trigger a conversation between them and the Training Supervisor.
