Disposable blade knives are marketed as good skinning knives. The blade geometry is affected by the large spine, so cutting through thick material, feathering/batoning wood, and certain other tasks would not be as effective.

I have the 5" or 6" skinning knife with the wood handle on it. Fits perfect in my hand. I've skinned and processed about 20 or so deer with it and haven't sharpened it yet.

For deer hunting nothing is better than a replaceable scalpel blade knife. The Kershaw Lonerock RBK, Havalon Piranta Edge, Wiebe Vixen Folding Skinning Knife... Knives like this work best. All of the knives you show would be very slick when trying to do anything involving the skinning and butchering process.
