Subaru of Japan recommends cvt fluid changes every 36k miles. At 75k you're probably good, but I'd take it in again at 100k. A $250 fluid change is a lot cheaper than a $4000 transmission.

Idemitsu is the manufacturer for the Subaru CVT II fluid that runs in your generation of Outback. It was much more cost effective and the same as factory fluid. They haven’t made a CVT III fluid yet, but I think that’s because there’s some sort of agreement that they can’t make their own version of it until x amount of time has passed.
