Mar 31, 2022 · How risky it is to go without some type of protection depends on a few factors (age of home, geographic termite pressures, conditions around the home conducive to termite activity, how well any pre construction treatment was done, etc.). When you find termites, I'd advise against only spot/localized treatments.

To continue the warranty and keep it active, I have to get a yearly termite inspection done. It costs $200 per inspection .
