The reason I ask is that someone has bought me a large top up as a gift however I rarely use my phone (I receive ~ 1 call and receive 2-3 texts a month). Thanks again

If it's showing as pending, then it hasn't reached us and will be automatically released back to your bank account within five working days.

I'd never heard of it until recently and turns out that It's owned by Paypal. I get my top up voucher code via email in minutes and just redeem the voucher via my online account, Vodafone app or over the phone.
