If you only care about the anonymity part of being a vtuber, you could probably just look for a model that someone else has uploaded and allowed for free use. I was in a similar situation so I made mine through VRoid studio and added accessories through Blender. This is probably the most accessible and cheapest way to make your own avatar in 3D.

2022年5月27日 · Vtuber is someone who has an animated cartoon avatar on their streams instead of an actual camera view. Even then, I don't think a female character avatar for a male streamer is that weird. I don't enjoy those streams (EDIT. unless I like other aspects of the streamer) but it's not like thay are doing anything wrong really (that I know of).

2022年3月17日 · Nice. For anyone who finds this later, I think $500 for exclusive is really, really, low. However, it should be possible to find a top of line professional avatar ~ $3000 for both art and rigging and lower quality for less. Mocapi and 3d models are also important to think about. It might be possible that L2D may become obsolete in a year or so.

As long as your character’s background story fits with the character it doesn’t matter how you want your vtuber avatar to be. Unless you’re fine with revealing that you are a female with a male avatar be careful as people will mistake you as a male. Inuyama tamaki is a male vtuber crossdressing and people love him. So it should be fine.

Yeah, same. I definitely haven't watched as much of the subathon since the vtuber avatar came out, but every time I have she's been using it. I'm sure she'll switch back and forth later down the line, but right now it's new and was probably expensive so I suppose I can understand her wanting to get some mileage out of it first.
