Emperor Taizu of Later Liang (後梁太祖), personal name Zhu Quanzhong (朱全忠) (December 5, 852 – July 18, 912), né Zhu Wen (朱溫), name later changed to Zhu Huang (朱晃), nickname Zhu San (朱三, literally, "the third Zhu"), was a Chinese military general, monarch, and politician.

2025年1月1日 · Zhu Wen (born 852, Dangshan [now in Anhui province], China—died 912, Kaifeng, Henan province) was a Chinese general who usurped the throne of the last emperor of the Tang dynasty (618–907) and proclaimed himself the first emperor of the Hou (Later) Liang dynasty (907–923).

The Emperor Taizu (852 to 912), born as Zhu Wen, overthrew the Tang dynasty in 907 and established the Later Liang Dynasty, starting the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms. He and his brother joined the rebel army, headed by Huang Chao, around 877.

Zhu Wen (852 — 912), respected as Emperor Taizu of Later Liang, was the warlord who ended the Tang Dynasty (618 — 907) and established the Later Liang Dynasty (907 — 923). Among the founder emperors in the history of China, Zhu Wen was one of the most criticized monarchs with the worst reputation.
