Arcade game graphics editors - what's available?

I know of Turaco and it's predecessor A.G.E, which I used eons ago, but I can't seem to get them to work anymore with the current ROMs. Are there any newer editors out there or is there a way to get the older ones to work?

SF2 World Warrior - Tested good but non-booting rom set
2005年10月25日 · The roms are all labeled SF2U: 28D, 29B, 30D, 31D, 35D, 36B, 37D and 38D. Note all are "D" except 29B and 36B. I tested the roms and they all test good and pass verification, against the MAME sets. The roms all appear to be factory original, with original capcom labeling.

2004年3月3日 · I have almost the complete set of working roms for neoragex final version 4.2, 145 out of 156 (all metal slugs, rotd, svc, samari showdown 5 and cthd). Missing ganryu sengoku3 kof2001. I use romcenter to make sure my sets are complete and upto date but i still have a few incorrect roms even though the games work in neoragex.

2012年7月18日 · Mask ROMs are manufactured with the data already encoded in them, as opposed to being programmed after manufacture. They do not have any quartz window, as they cannot be erased. Post some pics of your ROMs. I kinda doubt they're mask ROMs (as you have a variety of manufacturers, Toshiba, Sony, Sharp, etc., sounds like EPROMs to me).
