When searching for actual content via Image Search, Pinterest is the bane of my existence and I would personally like to exclude it from all image searches forever. As for the second issue, Bing should not store the images you upload. Regarding the third issue, Bing strictly adheres to Microsoft's privacy policy, so you don't need to worry about your privacy being compromised.
