English Longbow Nock Point? - Bushcraft USA Forums
2010年12月19日 · Been shooting an English Longbow for a few months now. Having lots of fun but now that I'm really trying to dial in my accuracy I realized I'm not sure I've been using the right nock point. These bows have no rest and they bend at the "handle". So I've been using a nock point at about an inch above the center. Too high? Thanks, Jack

My go to bow is a 58" one piece Centaur carbon backed longbow from Jim Neaves out of montana, my wifes is a 60" one piece Thunderstick MOAB from Jim Reynolds.

I never gave it much thought thinking a good longbow, well cared for, would last for years. and years. I shoot about 300 arrow/month all year, with my Martin Hunter recurve.
