2009年10月24日 · Diggins and Fanny pack carry are a good deal like comparing apples and oranges. Why do you say that Diggins doesn't aply to "fanny Pack" carry. The ONLY excuse I ever heard from nervous States Attorneys was about the definition of a "case" and they didn't think a "fanny pack" qualified.
